BrabFest is the celebration of all the fantastic, multi-cultural, diverse individuals at Brabazon with our beloved International Food sharing table, free BBQ, bouncy castle, face painting, and some global grooves throughout the day.

This year we are very excited to welcome The Terraplanes Blues Band to perform LIVE at Brabazon!

GOOD TO KNOW:

Potluck: bring some of your favourite or most iconic dishes from your culture to share with everyone. This year we will be giving out allergen sheets, so please make sure you fill one in before placing it on the table.

BBQ: you don’t need to bring things for the BBQ, and there will be Gluten Free and Vegan options available on a separate BBQ.

Drinks: there will be some soft drinks available, however you are more than welcome to bring your own. You can also bring alcoholic drinks but make sure they are placed in the bar area, away from reach of children.

Dogs: you are welcome to bring along your fluffy friends but please make sure they are on a leash the whole time.

Guests: you are welcome to bring along guests.

Set up and set down: you are welcome to join us from 1PM and help us set everything up (gazebos, tables, etc.); we would also appreciate any help with setting down and disposing of rubbish.

Want to do more? This is a collective effort organised and run by volunteers and community members. Any involvement from you just adds value to the event. So if you have a talent, an idea, a resource or anything else you would like to share with the community please get in touch! We are currently looking for an amateur photographer to capture the event.
